The Role

A practice with range.

Franco Blueprint Partners is hiring a Bookkeeper to own the day-to-day books for our clients. This is a role for someone who finds quiet satisfaction in clean records, categorized transactions, and a tidy QuickBooks Online file.

You will be detail-oriented and founder-friendly, and you will keep the foundation solid so the rest of the practice can build on it.

The Work

Our clients span music, film, fashion, sport, hospitality, and cross-border ventures. The books you keep support real founders doing interesting work.

You will work closely with the accounting team and have ProAdvisor track support to deepen your craft.

What You Will Own

The shape of the work.

  • Maintain day-to-day client books and transaction categorization
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Keep QuickBooks Online files clean, current, and reconciliation-ready
  • Flag anomalies and surface questions early
  • Support the accounting team with accurate, timely records
What You Bring

Required foundation.

  • Bookkeeping experience with a strong eye for detail
  • Comfort with QuickBooks Online and day-to-day transaction hygiene
  • Organized, consistent, and dependable
  • Founder-friendly communication style
  • Care for accuracy and the discipline to keep books current
Welcomed, Not Required

Helpful extras.

  • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification or track
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience supporting multiple clients at once
  • Exposure to cross-border or creative-industry books
