The Role

Franco Blueprint Partners is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead the advisory and finance practice. This is a senior, founder-facing role for someone who has carried real weight: multi-entity structures, cross-border work, and the kind of client relationships that are measured in years, not engagements.

We serve founders, artists, athletes, and cultural leaders across borders. The CFO holds the technical center of that work and sets the standard for the team that delivers it.

The Work

Our client roster spans music, film, fashion, sport, hospitality, and cross-border ventures across the US, LatAm, EU, and UK. The work is varied, the founders are interesting, and the technical demands keep your craft sharp.

You will lead the finance and advisory team, partner closely with firm leadership, and own the relationships that define the practice.

What You Will Own

The shape of the work.

  • Lead the advisory and finance practice, setting technical standards and quality of delivery
  • Own complex multi-entity and cross-border structuring for founders and ventures (US, LatAm, EU, UK)
  • Serve as the senior finance partner in founder-facing relationships
  • Guide multi-state and international compliance, tax strategy coordination, and entity architecture
  • Mentor and develop the accounting team, building the bench for the firm's next chapter
  • Partner with firm leadership on growth, pricing, and practice strategy
What You Bring

Required foundation.

  • Senior finance leadership experience in advisory, fractional CFO, or multi-entity environments
  • Cross-border fluency and comfort with multi-state and international structures
  • Strong GAAP foundation, accrual accounting, and revenue recognition expertise
  • Founder-facing presence: able to translate complexity into clarity
  • A builder's instinct for systems, structure, and long client relationships
