The Role

A practice with range.

Franco Blueprint Partners is hiring a Senior Accountant to own full-cycle accounting for a growing roster of founders, artists, athletes, and cultural leaders. This is a role for someone who takes pride in a clean close and a clear client conversation.

You will own month-end close, financial statements, and client review meetings, with the structure and support to do the work well.

The Work

Our clients span music, film, fashion, sport, hospitality, and cross-border ventures. The work is varied and the technical demands keep your craft sharp.

You will work alongside the finance team and report into senior leadership, with a real path to grow.

What You Will Own

The shape of the work.

  • Own month-end close across a portfolio of clients
  • Prepare financial statements and deliver them with clarity
  • Lead client review meetings and translate the numbers into plain language
  • Maintain accurate books across QuickBooks Online and related platforms
  • Support multi-state and cross-border compliance alongside senior staff
  • Build and document repeatable processes that hold up as the firm grows
What You Bring

Required foundation.

  • Full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in advisory or multi-client environments
  • Strong GAAP foundation and confidence owning a close
  • Clear communicator, comfortable in founder-facing review meetings
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and steady under a real workload
  • QuickBooks Online proficiency
Welcomed, Not Required

Helpful extras.

  • CPA track or CPA preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Experience with creative, athlete, or cross-border clients
  • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification
