Role overview.

You are the backbone of financial operations for Franco Blueprint Inc., managing day-to-day accounting, client books, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity for both internal operations and client deliverables. You free up leadership to focus on strategy, not spreadsheets.

Key responsibilities.

  • 01
    Daily accounting

    Bank reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll support, expense tracking — the rhythm of clean books.

  • 02
    Client books

    Maintain accurate, timely books for Franco Blueprint advisory clients across QBO, Xero, and other platforms.

  • 03
    Financial reporting

    Prepare monthly and quarterly financials for internal review and client delivery.

  • 04
    Compliance support

    Assist with year-end close, tax prep coordination, and audit readiness.

    Process documentation

    Build and maintain SOPs for accounting workflows. We document so the work scales.

  • 06
    Client communication

    Respond to client questions on financials, reports, and compliance timelines — with clarity.

Qualifications.

  • 5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting, fractional CFO firms, or advisory preferred)
  • Strong GAAP knowledge; experience with accrual accounting, revenue recognition, multi-entity structures
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting platforms
  • Comfortable managing multiple client books simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and deadline-driven
  • Excellent written communication — able to explain financial concepts to non-finance clients
  • Bonus: Experience with creative/cultural businesses, multi-state compliance, or international entities
